OK, I've got a real problem with the SanDisk Sansa Clip+. I used to have a regular clip (4gb model) and loved it, until the screen decided to die on it (but the whole thing was almost 4 years old anyway). So no big deal. So I get a new Clip+ 8GB model, only to find that the battery life doesn't appear anything like what they advertise. My clip says it has up to 15 hours of battery life. I'm lucky if I get even 8 on a full charge, and today, after charging, it only ran for about 2 hours, and then read "Battery Low"
What's up with that? What really makes me mad is that I didn't notice this much, but now a month or so later it starts having problems, and I can't really return it. At least it was only $70, and no as expensive as an IPod or I'd be really mad.
Anyone else have this problem?
don't get the wrong, I love the ability use my own micro-SD cards and such... that's partly why I bought this over an IPod (cost and the ability to add songs via the memory card).
My old Sansa could go for 15+ hours, and even when the battery meter read empty, it would still run for another hour or so after that....
