I think it's great that Facebook morons contribute to Scientific studies since they pretty much are no good for anything else but posting stupid things about their sad lives. Yet I find it soooooo hilarious how the moronic masses cry & moan about all the wrongs Facebook does to them, yet they remain addicted to Facebook and go there every min of every day. Refusing to say "Enough!" and close their Facebook accounts. They deserve EVERYTHING Facebook does to them. I have no pity for Facebook fools. Facebook should feel free to carry on and prove how stupid Facebook users actually are.

All in favor of a class action lawsuit please contact your lawyer

Naaaaa, dumb Facebook users don't deserve a dime for being lab rats. They agreed to it in the TOS. Besides, the only people that make any money from class action lawsuits are the Lawyers. You must be a Facebook user!

But even if one does not have an account, or has never had an account...

Let's cover the account thing first. Every time that one enters anything onto Facebook, it is there forever. Think that it might be somewhat private? Maybe from a few people for a certain period of time, but I assure everyone - that it is far from private.

Ever try to delete ones account? All of the data remains, and I do mean everything. Again, let me restate, it will be there forever.

Not a Facebook user? Are you sure?

Because every time someone submits a photographs onto social media such as Facebook... Chances are that you will be tagged by name. No tag, no problem, facial recognition software easily capable of recognizing most anyone.

Conclusion; there is no such thing as privacy in america. Even if one has never been on a computer or never onto the internet, someone will do it all for you

Hey.That_Dude

Any company with any clout can still my picture on my driver's licence for facial recognition. My face is already in the System with that alone. So I don't care if someone tagged me in a photo. That doesn't really give facebook any useful information.

Agreed. A step further would be to suggest the people who do deserve every part of whatever happens to them. I know, my opinion.. but they do.

If only there were a way to communicate with people face to face, like way way WAY back in the '90s. It would be so satisfying.

This is great! I love how they pointed to the TOS that you agree to allow them to do this stuff.

I wonder if any unstable individuals had been pushed over the edge by all that negativity, what their stance would have been?
