I really don't get it. PC gaming had it's heyday in the 90's. Just look at GOG and see what I mean. All the good stuff for PC came out DECADES ago. All the PC has now is endless piles of First Person Shooters, MMOs, and an RPG, Racer, flight sim, and console port here and there for good measure. You call that pulling ahead????? If that's the future I'd call it a sick joke!

Granted, there are always interesting things come from the Indie crowd, and Steam has given that sector especially plenty of room to shine (and made everything else more accesible). But when you compare that to the AAA and downloadable content on consoles combined...it's laughable. If it weren't for GOG and Steam I would never buy PC games anymore.

E3 2011  The year that the PC walks far ahead console gaming to walk alone.  The PC knows that the consoles will catch up again in the future but for they are in the lead and all will know this.

Prediction:  Next consoles will be cloud gaming devices similar to OnLive.

This is very exciting! I do not know what to think. Yep, PC gaming is the future for sure!

I am really impressed by that Canyon racer Trackmania. It runs very fast. I am impressed. That Battlefield 3 is too realistic. I would call it a war simulator because it seems so real.

For a second... When I heard "Rage" I thought, no kidding? They are bring that classic back. Man, I have not played Rage since the 1990s. That was for the Super Nintendo back then. Great times. None the less, I am very happy to see more games coming out with a PC focus over consoles... Even if it is available on that platform too.

I'm wondering if Holly is referring to Primal Rage, which was a fighting game on various platforms back in the day.  It was a Mortal Kombat-style game that featured prehistoric animals.
