Hey.That_Dude

4 in raid 10 totaling ~2TB at about 1000 MB/s all in the space of a single 5.25" drive bay.
*tears of joy, tears of joy*
SO beautiful!

Don't forget the 960GB version is selling for just 600 bucks! Crazy to think the 1 TB from ocz is still selling for 2000+

When you place a manufacturer's top drive up against another manufacturer's second from the top drive, is the comparison fair? Nah.

The Crucial M500 may be the "top" but it's price places it mid-tier, and the same goes for its warranty. All the "top" drives are 5 year warranty drives, and all the midrange drives are 3 years. Given it's price and performance, this is at the upper end of the mid-range drives.

If Samsung's Pro drive was closer in price you'd have a point.
