With all-in-one (AIO) PCs driving most of the growth within the non-mobile computer market, it is no surprise that vendors are increasingly focusing on this lucrative category. Taiwan-based Asus is also constantly trying to raise its all-in-one game. The ET2700 is its latest play for dominance in the burgeoning market for AIOs.

True to Asus’ AIO naming convention, the ET2700 gets its name thanks to its 27-inch screen size. The company recently showcased an ET2700 prototype at CeBIT in Hannover, Germany. What we know about the machine, apart from its screen size, is the fact that the display supports ten-finger multitouch and boasts 178-degree vertical and horizontal viewing angles.

According to Notebook Italia , the ET2700 features a desktop processor as opposed to a processor optimized for mobile applications. We will update you as soon as there is more to report.
