Firefox Add-on of the Week: Read It Later
There is simply not enough time to see the entire Internet. Sure, it’s important to be informed about the latest celebrity gossip or the next big thing in tech, but when duty calls, these things are of a lesser value. Because of these reasons, we use Read It Later, which allows you to save pages of interest to read at a later time, so you’re never out of “the know”. This helpful and essential Firefox Add-on eliminates the habit of bookmarking sites that are basically of a one-time interest.

Read It Later does exactly what it advertises: it saves the web page to a reading list for you to read at a later time. All you need to do is sign up for an account and designate a folder in your bookmarks list for Read It Later to save your sites to. The add-on also offers an offline reading mode, so you can read your pages on the train ride home from work, and the ability to access your pages in any browser or on any internet capable mobile device. You can also add the saved pages as an RSS feed to your reader, sync links between computers, and share them with popular social networking sites. Visit the official Read It Later Firefox page to install the Add-on or read more about it.
Every Tuesday, we pick a new Firefox Add-on as our favorite of the week. Have an Add-on that you can't live without? Send suggestions to fion [AT] futureus.com with "Firefox Add-On" in the subject line.
