MAXIMUM PC,

How does this compare to the P55A-UD6 (the GB board with Sata 6 and USB 3)???

Steve Jobs is the Devil and will announce his "revolutionary breakthrough" of Sata 6 at next years MacWorld.

Honestly, I can't agree with this review. I think that Bit-tech.net did a much better job here:

Why on Earth are you referring to a UD5 board when the reviewer is clearly reviewing the UD6 Scootiep? So how is it again that the brits did a better job when its not even the same motherboard being reviewed?

I don't assume to be an expert, but is this review comparing apples to oranges?

I wish to know how these 2 systems are as much similar as can be during a test. It seems the test is biased because the usage of different processors, different rated memory at different  modes (dual channels vs. tri channels).

And Good on MPC for  always having something to gripe about when it comes to the inaccessibility of the reset button while using 2 videocards.... mine as well say that you didn't like the Feng Shui of the board amd I wrong?

I should also state that I really do like Gigabyte motherboards. They always come packed to the gills with extra features and, IMO, their rear IO panel is second to none. Their onboard audio is also, almost always top notch (or at least as top notch as you can be for onboard audit). I also like their customer service. But personally, I just think that with the x58 mobo's out there for nearly the same price, this board just doesn't justify the high price tag.

Oof, agreeing with me huh? Careful, that will get you capital punishment in some countries.
