To note Maximum P.C. reviewed this game a long time ago, so this is either a reprint of that review, as it looks like it, or an update. I liked all the previous F.E.A.R. installments and finished them all. Haven't tried F.E.A.R. 2 yet but will. I take a long time to finish video games and usually do not start any new ones until I am done with the game I'm on.

I have played F.E.A.R. 1 and F.E.A.R. 2 within the past month and I found that F.E.A.R. 2 was a better game. It was more engaging, it had better enemies, and more scary parts.

At one point in F.E.A.R. 1, they stopped the horror aspect of the game for hours and I was thinking that this is just a  mediocore shooter game and it just sucked. F.E.A.R. 1 had a better story, though (didn't know what the story was for F.E.A.R. 2 was).

Wow, a review for FEAR 2, 6 months after its release...
I understand trying to give the magazine subscribers a head start on articles, but 6 months?
Nice review, but a bit too late...lol

Im all for anotehr chanse to bash this game. The original FEAR was one of if not the best FPS of all time. FEAR2, is a POS. The took away one of THE BEST things about this game in FEAR2, the gernades dont explode on contact with enemies any more, and whats more there a pain in the ass to throw in this game.

Its a turd.
