Spectre,
We did last week's podcast on Tuesday instead of Friday, because Jeremy was out of town. The next one will be this Friday.

even if your computer was full of viruses you shouldn't trash the whole thing, just trash the harddrive and reinstall windows on a new one.
also how come there are no comments full of lamentations for the unexpected disappearance of my weekly segment. "sob"

I had to completely scrap my PC due to spyware. Sony's rootkit had opened up a system vulnerability and that allowed a trojan in. the trojan downloaded 15 viruses and spyware. it wouldn't work online or offline.

P.S. I think the talking motherboard I had awhile back was an ASUS model. See if they still offer that anywhere.
