No BS Podcast #157: Walkman We Hardly Knew Ye
How long has it been since last we talked? A week? 10 days?
It feels like forever.
It's time to remedy that situation, with a brand new episode of the Maximum PC No BS Podcast. This week, the Max PC gang talks about 3 terrabyte hard drives, the Sony Walkman (cut down in its prime), Fallout: New Vegas, and more.

It's been 20 days since this was put on the site...where's 158? It doesn't usually take this long. I love this podcast so I'm kind of annoyed with waiting.

I guess they are super busy now, with the next issue of Max Tech due soon. Also they are doing videos too.
Yea, they use to put these things out once a week like clock work, but they've been slacking lately. They need to expand the people they have on. Go beyond just Gordon, Alex, and Nathan. Need to get some fresh voices there.

If you can get an addition 100,000 to 200,000 subscribers they may be able to afford to hire another staff member. The problem is that they need to turn a profit to pay the bills. Podcasts, videos, and the website are second to the magazine work. And it's 13 issues a year because they have a December issue and a holiday issue so they have to pump out an extra issue at the end of every year and plus they have to do the same thing for MaximumTech.
I'm not defending them because I'm a fan of their free podcasts as well, I'm just giving you reasons why it's not top priority and why they may not be able to hire on more staff members. It would be nice but they do great the way they are now. Remember, this isn't the glory years of the '90's and the first few years of the Twenty first century anymore. We are pretty much in a full flung depression, more people have lost their homes then during the great depression and more businesses have gone under and more people have lost their jobs now than the great depression. To say that this isn't a terrible depression is to be blind to ignore the facts. Obama borrowed 800Billion dollars from the Chinese of all people and god knows how much we owe Japan. I heard on the radio that the US is going to be deficit spending 1trillion dollars each year starting next year. That's 1Trillion dollars more the US is spending then what the US has. What bothers me the most out of all this BS is how come we still give foreign aid? Hell the American people need foreign aid from other countries.
So basically that's why they don't have a podcast out yet. It's all Obama's fault.

To print a full page in the Chrome browser right click right where you are on the page and click print. You don't have to drag the accursed mouse all the way up to the top of your browser to click the antique "print" button. To print a selection like in FF you have to ctrl + P. See no rage.
