Re. Left 4 Dead 2 and maps, the cynical person wouldn't say that Valve would put the extra maps up for later download. Rather, the cynical person would say that Valve will make the extra maps available in Left 4 Dead 3, ready for release 8 months after Left 4 Dead 2 is out...
