No BS Podcast #114: The Chip Which Shall Not Be Named (Yet) Edition
Will comes back from QuakeCon relatively unscathed and shares his hands-on experiences with id's Rage. The gang also ponders the limits of anonymity on the internet, as well as the proper classification of skankiness. Gordon is on hand to reveal cryptic bits of information about a new piece of hardware, and then lets loose on his Rant of the Week. Plus, we answer a whole bunch of listener questions!

I don't understand why no one has brought up the new jersey lawsuit over hotchickswithdouchebags.com. The court basically held that calling someone a douchebag wasn't defamatory.

Yup, this chart about windows 7 isn't annoying at all. and it appears to be 6 tiers, not even 3 :/Again, I do not need 35 languages of Ultimate, but I need just TWO LANGUAGES. So, Microsoft, what should I do? ya know I will probably find an app like vistalizator (sp) to install the MUI files :/

We're part of a larger company. Those guys manage infrastructur-y things like email, file servers, and printers. They also give us company issued machines, and manage the software and stuff on them.
We don't typically find ourselves calling for help though, unless a printers broken, server is down, or Norm manages to infect himself with some gnarly virus.

I think that's really upsetting to think some d***che with money can just break through anonymit......with money. Don't we have standards people? You shouldn't be able to buy your way through everything.
