yeah if your going to be communicating with someone about illegal matters do it through the us postal service they never check that.

if you want to say or do something and keep it private, never put it on the net. there is always a way that someone can get to it. that goes for text messages too. just ask Tiger Woods.   LOL

I just delete all my email daily from all accounts after browsing. I also make sure it's completely deleted from that deleted email folder as well. If Google and Yahoo keep copies of private email even after it's been completely deleted then I have a problem with email and these companies.
