Suing 12 yr olds for that questionably-aquired latest Miley album for 50, 000$ is a much more moral stance. Sure glad we are all on the same page.
You do realise this has been a problem since cassettes were created and used for making mix tapes, right?

"Apparently, Verizon’s moral high ground is easily eroded, when the price is right."
Wait, so shielding pirates from the RIAA/MPAA under the guise of privacy is a moral high ground? That's a rather interesting take on things.
This decision from Verizon might be unpopular, but it's hardly immoral.

All my ISP told me was a page saying "File sharing is bad" and notifications when I get close to my download limit for the month. Then again, my ISP is a notorious traffic throttler (Especially torrent traffic).

I can see a lot of people jumping ship. I'm really not a fan of Verizon lately.
