U.S. Bans Ink Cartridges on Cargo Aircraft

Planning a trip to Somalia or Yemen? If so, leave your ink cartridges at home. According to U.K's BBC News, the U.S. has extended an air cargo ban of toner cartridges from passenger flights to cover both Somalia and Yemen.
"The threats of terrorism we face are serious and evolving, and these security measures reflect our commitment to using current intelligence to stay ahead of adversaries, working closely with our international, federal, state, local, and private sector partners every step of the way," Homeland Security head Janet Napolitano said.
The seemingly quirky ban follows the discovery of bombs hidden in cartridges intercepted while in transit from Yemen to the U.S. Ink cartridges over 16 ounces are affected.

When are people going to realize that the U.S. makes up all of these terror threats to further invade our privacy and spy on us. The TSA is ridiculous a ban on ink cartridges is ridiculous. In fact the two fucking wars we are in should never have happened because we were behind 9/11.

You people make me sick. I guess we needed a new conspiracy, the JFK one was getting old. The bullshit 9/11 theories that people come up with are supremely upsetting. Most of them are based on idiotic theories put forth by a group of high school kids and weekend warrior architects. Then you have people claiming it was a missile that hit the pentagon. Your just sick in the head if you honestly believe our government is behind 9-11. I don't give a crap about your god damned youtube videos, they don't prove jack. I could care even less about Jesse Ventura and his insanity.

whats so weird about this?
You said the ban was on Toner cartridges yet you show an image of Ink jet cartridges and then the ban is on cartridges in excess of 16OZ. Where can I go to get an ink jet printer that uses 16oz or more ink cartridges? I'm lucky to spend $30 bucks on a .25Oz ink cartridge that will give about 50prints before telling me I need more ink.
