Upset MacBook Air Owner Makes Subtle, Nuanced Pro-PC Argument
Sometimes the best way to get your point across is to wield a large kitchen knife and take out your frustration with repeated stabs to the object of your ire, so long as it's an inanimate object. Or at least that's how YouTube user Haurum approached the situation after becoming frustrated with a damaged hinge on his MacBook Air.
Let's just leave it at that and let the video do the rest.

All i have to say, thats the difference between consumer products and enterprise grade products, and also between boutique products and"face value" products.

what a fucking dumbass. he could have fixed that from apple for $100, then sold it and gotten something else. What a fucking ASSHOLE would do that kind of SHIT? if he has any money to waste, hey give it to me, cuz i don't. There are people that starve to death, while fuckers like him waste money. It is these kinds of things that makes me scared for the sanity of america. He does this shit and is PROUD??!?! I would me ashamed of myself if i did something like this.
That's Right. YOU GOT PoWNeD! (not)

lenovo.com - they are still considered one and the same even though they are 2 different companies. Lenovo does the hardware and IBM does the support.

The hinges break on a guy in the store who was checking it out. The clerk was like "uuhhh...you don't have to pay for that." I have an Acer 6920G, that I move around between 3 or 4 locations every day, and i just place it in a bookbag, and move location. Nothing is physically wrong with it.
I don't like Microsoft, I associate with it.

I likely will go ape like this on ours soon enough :) At work we bought 10 Macbooks to loan to our clients when their Macbooks broke... within 1.5 years, 6 are now broken and not due to user error (ie video card dying, motherboard dying, etc) We also ordered 40 Lenovo laptops... 1 of which is broken, and that was because a user accidentally cracked the screen.

That thing kind of put up a fight, though. It lasted at least two stabs before the screen went out.
I guess there's more than one way to slice an Apple.

I fear he may have voided his warranty..
On a side note, I like my Dell m1530's hinges.

The fact is, I have an IBM A30 Laptop that is now 7 years old and still running perfectly. No broken hinges, etc. It has outlasted ALL of my Apple Laptops and taken far more abuse.
While I love the Mac OS, I have nothing but contempt for Apple hardware.
