That's Twitter's decision. But, what’s about non-Bit.ly brandedURLs? I use aafter.com. When Twitter says “[A]ll links shared on Twitter.com orthird-party apps will be wrapped with a t.co URL,” does that mean every URL, or just those over a specificlength?
