This is actually a pretty cool concept in my opinion. My hand sweats a lot, putting that filthy looking residue on the side of the button that I have to clean off after a few sessions.

May look into a purchase.

This looks like it could be useful for those long Diablo III gaming sessions when your hand gets hot of so much clicking. That is if Blizzard lets you play ;)

I dont have a problem with this mouse being a gimmick. I simply wonder how much they are charging you for that gimmick. I cant seem to find any price expectation. If this is $30 more than an equivalently performing mouse on the market, I'd argue you should buy a $20 desk fan with the other mouse at that point if you really need it.

I'd say it IS a gimmick, but gimmicks sell... some people do have sweaty palms and this could prove useful to them. I'd imagine this isn't meant to be a premier mouse in their lineup, but it does boast some nice power to boot at least. I'm not liking the 5 tiny left side thumb buttons though... too small for me to ever use effectively.

Thermaltake should design a complimentary keyboard that shoots Cheetos at this target audience's mouths.

hahahahahahhahhahaha. that made me actually lol. for real man if youre hands are that sweaty from moving a mouse YOU ARE OUT OF SHAPE!!! this coming from someone with a beer gut myself.

I'm pretty sure it's because there isn't much ventilation on a mouse, and you get sweaty palms really fast. I know I do with my Deathadder, if I don't use a claw grip.

TrollBot5000

Yeah probably. I dunno my palms don't get sweaty just from holding a mouse for an extended period of time. then again i keep my ac cool. Either way this mouse is a gimmick.
