Of course, Activision doesn't seem to be getting into the holiday spirit.  They're not even listed in the catalog, and I checked out all of Activision's listings and not a single game from them is on sale.  Typical scrooges.

Oh man I hate Steam so much. One day in and I've already blown $10. This is going to be a bad two weeks.

what are you complaining about ?  $10 for a game that will last you for a really long time is a bargain.

Like the Battlefield Bad Company2 that I bought last nite for $6.79.. thats a BIG entertainment  !

yes... valve wins BOTH PC (and Mac )  over console :)

so really it will be PC+MAC   vs    Console   ! :)    Greeeeeeeeeat move, Valve / Steam :)

And this is how Valve single-handedly wins the PC vs Consoles war.

I have Just Cause and Batman still to get through on Steam, after my current Mass Effect playthrough, as soon as my system would start up properly with my graphics card in it.

Then there's the Humble Indie Bundles that I want to play. Probably do it on my Linux laptop at my parents over Christmas.

Haha, I can't do it. I've racked up too many games in the queue from the last few Steam sales!

But man, I have been meaning to give Bad Company a try...

Anybody even remotely interested in FPS games would be nuts not to pick it up for 6 clams. I've been playing it at least weekly since it launched and bought the Vietnam pack on Saturday. It'll hold you over until BF3.

I too have been wanting to get BC2 for a while now....and when I saw it was 6 bucks, I instantly got my credit card out! I can't wait to see what else steam will put on sale!
