Rumor: Microsoft Readying Software Development Tool for Non-Programmers
Microsoft is readying a drag-and-drop, visual programming tool for non-programmers interested in developing business apps, according to ZDNet’s Microsoft correspondent Mary-Jo Foley. Codenamed Kittyhawk, the tool is reportedly aimed at making the .Net development environment seem less daunting to programming greenhorns.
An unnamed tipster quoted by Foley revealed: “KittyHawk is targeting the corporate guy with some Excel/Access savvy. It is a drag and drop, template-driven, visual designer….It’s not code-based, but you can write code if you want to.” The report further suggests that it will produce Silverlight 4.0 and XAML code.

They should have a drag+drop type program for making apps on the Zune HD or WP7. I'd even make a few.
Unless they already do, in which case, disregard my post.

I thought all business applications were written by non-programmers.
