Yeah it's not a big deal. GTA IV always logs me in to Windows Live automatically and I always just click "Play Offline" for the social club.

GTA IV was great, but it's not one of those titles that I absolutely must have the day it comes out. I'll probably wait like I did for IV and grab it during a Steam sale a year or two from now.

I want working forklifts and car haulers again!

I waited for a year to buy GTA IV on PC and by then the bugs were mostly fixed. I'll probably do the same for this one.

Perhaps this'll be an unpopular opinion, but I have never had any problems with any of the GTA ports. I've enjoyed them all. I'm not one to normally say that kind of thing... I'm usually very critical of ports.

Things are looking very good based on this trailer. Having just recently visted Los Angeles, I think I can say with some confidence that Rockstar North has done an excellent job at capturing the feel.

"...and time-deprived gamers may not have even finished Deus Ex: Human Revolution yet."

Ummm...that would be me - but I'm almost done!

I'm a PC gamer only and unfortunately, the previous GTA games that were ported to the PC were crap. So I'll take a wait and see on this one.

Oh yeah - the first 2/3 of that trailer look more like "The Sims" than a GTA game.  ;)

I agree they did a shitty job porting GTA 4.... but IMO they did a pretty good job bringing San Andreas over.
