BlackBerry was good in it's heyday, those days are gone. From an IT (without BIS) Blackberry suxors big schlongs.

Android and iPhone are great, connect to Exchange 2010 without anything special, no redirect software at the workstation, no extra server services to monitor or configure or purcha$e. Simple OWA access through built in apps that allow (mostly) full access to Calanders, Tasks, Contacts, Mail boxes, etc.. For the same amount of money you can have a hobbled Blackberry or a fully functional. customizable Droid or iphone.

So their new 'iPhone Buster' looks, for all intents, like a Palm Pre - albeit with more buttons on the exterior - and no particularly earth-shattering (or just plain sexy) features or software that will wow the consumer.

It comes across as 'Nice' - that oh-so Canadian trait. And as a Canadian (and current BlackBerry user) I was desperately hoping for a lot more. Small wonder then that reports are out showing their RIM is enjoying a lot fewer users returning to their products when updating in comparison to Android and (horrors) Apple.

Its the Phone they needed to launch two years ago!

So a crappy mobile phone company has the only Blackberry that can run BlackBerry 6 OS and the iPhone. More reasons to buy phones running Android!!

I don't know why AT&T gets such a bad rap. I've had nothing but good experiences whenever I've called support. The people are very friendly and have credited our account on several occasions when we've run into problems. Once my son racked up a big bill with internet usage on his phone. When we called to get it blocked they credited our account for all the charges and we didn't even ask them to.

I have a family plan with 4 phones for years and I've been happy. Coverage in the Milwaukee area is good.

I read constant complaints but never any specifics. Let's hear 'em!

1. Crappy G3 coverage

2. capping data plans for crappy G3 coverage

3. pure greed

I guess I can't form an opinion on that since we don't have data plans. I'll have to take your word for it.

I don't understand why these companies only put their new phone with one carrier instead of multiple carriers at launch.

Too bad cuz AT&T sucks hard... Zero 3G service where I live, and spotty coverage (at best) for regular service -> fail

You had me until AT&T. I refuse to have anything to do with that company...
