Now if this isn't good ammo for those involved in the lawsuit I don't know what is.

Engineer: Boss, this may cause problems!

Apple Execs: Quiet, we're going ahead with this.

AT&T: Hey, there's issues here.... we want this fixed.

Apple Execs: Quiet, we're going ahead with this.

Users: Hey!  This isn't working as you advertised!  WTF?

Apple Execs: Relax, it's just a phone.  Retire and spend time with your children.  You're getting worked up over a rumour.  Actually... wait.. yes we screwed up on our programming a bit and that will fix your problem.

Users: OK now I see how many bars I should but the phone still keeps dropping calls.  That didn't fix it!  What, I should spend more money to allow my PHONE to actually be able to make calls?

Apple Execs: Yes indeed, everything is fixed now!  Move along now.

SO Jobs' knew it was defective and didn't care. Big surprise there. It's not like Jobs or Apple evwer care about anyone but themselves. The Apple fa boys don't care cause they're too busy drinking the Apple kool-aid from Steve Jobs' c@$k.

That's an awesome quote at the end.  Microsoft executives sure don't beat around the bush.

Jobs: "You say the antenna won't work? Who cares. People will buy it anyways, and I'll get another bonus."
