Razer Relaunches StarCraft II Peripherals Ahead of Swarm Expansion
StarCraft II themed peripherals from Razer are back once more.
If you missed out on your chance to pick up a StarCraft II-themed gaming mouse, keyboard, or headset, Razer's giving you another chance. The gaming peripheral maker today announced the re-launch of its StarCraft II peripheral lineup in anticipation of Blizzard's StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm expansion that's due to release on March 12, 2013. All three peripherals, now available, are geared for real-time strategy (RTS) games.
"The initial response we received on the announcement of the original StarCraft II peripherals was simply amazing and, as a way of giving back to our diehard fans and the StarCraft community, we want to make these products available once more," said Min-Liang Tan, co-founder, CEO and creative director of Razer. "These peripherals speak to the quality of Razer products as a whole and give StarCraft players the edge they crave on the battlefield."
All three items feature custom-backlighting and a gaming optimized design with an emphasis on protability for tournament play, Razer says.
Pricing breaks down as follows:
- Razer Spectre StarCraft II Gaming Mouse: $60
- Razer Marauder StarCraft II Gaming Keyboard: $100
- Razer Banshee StarCraft II Gaming Headset: $90
