But just think of how experienced we'll all sound when we are on Firefox 20 late next year than joke about the good old days way back when Filefox was "only" v. 4.  Like it's ever mattered to me when Firefox was "only" v.2 and IE was v.8.  Who cares?  Getting FF to a higher number than IE doesn't make it better.  It was better at v.1.

What is this obsession with numbers?  Just develop the product, fix the bugs and when there is a significant change, give it a new number.
