A site that is basically used to circumvent copywrite would itself be a victim of infringement...

Then again I guess it's not really irony as TPB didn't register their logo because they wanted to keep it free for everybody to use as they see fit. I can't see how Sandryds Handel would ever be given copywrite ownership of something they can't even remotely claim to have ownership of.

They could have registered their logo and put it under something like a copyleft license or the GNU GPL (or something like that).

It's hard to copyright something that has been in public consumption for ages...

 or even a couple years.
