Ahoy, and happy Friday!
Feeling all nostalgiac and teary-eyed, (this is the tenth Photo Awesome after all), we decided we'd try something a little different this week. Fridays are the best days of any given week, so Gordon and I decided to try one of the best toys we received this week, a constitution class, Enterprise pizza cutter!
We figured photos alone wouldn't do this awesome device justice, so we ordered a pizza, cleared some space in the lab, mounted a video camera, and got to slicing. Check out the results below.

Best Video yet. Great job. I really have nothing to complain about.
I also loved the 2 part episode when Capt Picard was captured by the Cardassians and tortured for no reason what so ever. I remember him eating that raw egg and showing his naked hairy ass on national TV. Why couldn't they have shown Tosha Yar's naked rear end instead.

Looking at the ThinkGeek web page, I gotta ask - how well made is it? The way the cutter is shaped, there's a lot of pressure on the engine nacelles when gripped in the palm. If you have a tough pie to cut, would all that pressure bend/snap them off? It's really pretty cool but only if it lasts.

Yeah, you wouldn't want to snap off a nacelle. That would definitely breach warp core containment and the resulting anti-matter explosion would probably splatter the pizza all over you.
Or you could just hold it by the body, not the nacelles, as Alan does in the video. Just sayin'...
