Considering this cooling system will cost hundreds of dollars for a GHz or two when you're already at 4+ with lesser liquid cooling or even on air, I don't think that this feature will change much in sales. It'll just be another brag right for those with more money than they can spend.

Phasechange is basically a refrigerator cooling a refrigerator.  there are some with more phases, like with 3.

Is this any different than the standard compressor / condensor loop that ypu are going to find inside any household refrigerator, heat pump, or AC ?
