Unless something has changed the Droid X is a TI OMAP 3630 SoC, not Tegra. However, Motorola has hinted at releasing a 2Ghz tegra based android phone in late 2010 or early 2011.

Also, just looking at that arrogant pric Huang makes me want to punch him. Its not that I hate nvidia, I just hate their CEO. If Moto is going to Tegras I won't be using a droid as my next phone.... unless nvidia gets rid of their douchebag CEO.

Uh, the Droid X runs on the TI OMAP 3630. FAR from anything nVidia related.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Droid X has a 1GHz processor. How does that meet the superphone qualification of "at least a 2GHz processor?" Actually, I'm pretty sure that there is no phone currently on the market that meets this qualification.
