Gee, I would but the release notes does not say a damn word about the GTX 680 bug being fixed, or if it needs to be fixed, or it was fixed, for Win8. Instead, I am using the 304.48 Win7 Beta drivers, thanks to a previous post that Brad has.

I would just play it safe and install the win7 drivers.

I wouldn't, only because Windows 8 is fundamentally different from Windows 7.

I wonder why the win7 drivers work perfectly fine on the win8 CP, DP, RP, AND on windows 7?

And I assume you use Windows XP drivers for your Windows Vista\7 machine?

All I am saying is that if possible it is better to use drivers that are designed for the product, as they "usually", provide better performance and help knock out bugs that have yet to present themselves.

However, I use the word usually in that last paragraph loosely.
