"Have you updated to the 196.21 drivers? Any problems?"

Don't know about the overclocking bug.. but I haven't been able to install any of the 190 series drivers at all.  Error:  Driver could not install the Control Panel, a previous driver that was installed will now be used.

Thanks for the warning. I usually look for and update drivers on weekends. I wonder if it would have affected my BFG GTX285 OCE which is overclocked by BFG?

I would have to say no. To my understanding, the new Drivers only affect overclocking SOFTWARE., not the cards themselves. You should be good.

EVGA Precision has been updated to correct the bug. Quick on the uptake, I like that.

Thanks for that..... didn't know they had an update that included a fix. EVGA ftw!
