we wouldn't need harddrives or ssds, os and data in a disc. that is going to change everything.

how fast is it going to be? and cost?

funny how they diss moores law, then quote "dont expect to see this technology for decades"....putting it right on par w/moores law......not beating it by a couple orders of magnitude. (laugh)

They don't have read/write heads that can read the data but you know Chuck Norris can read the data on one of these disks with his index finger.

Wow... That really is an awesome breakthrough to see in storage compacity. It's too bad, like the article says, that we're probably years away from widespread implementation. The cost alone is probably enough to make anyone think twice before buying one of these. I still am a fan of how small this thing is and how much data it carries at the same time.
