I like the Mozilla Sunbird Calendar. I use it for legal documentation. It is simple and easy to use and downloads onto the desktop.

Spent the better part of 5 hours trying to get this to work with our Exchange server. I can get it to pull, but sending is a "no-go," no matter what I try. I want to use this, I really do. I fit had native Exchange or OWA support, I would be all over it. As it is, too much work and too many damned add-ons to try and get it to work.
As much as Gordon rants about how terrible Outlook is (and I totally agree), at least it works. Within a couple fo minutes of installing, I'm working with my mail and Calendar.

They will probably get there soon. Remember that the calendar is 1.0. A replacement of Outlook is desparately needed, so this is exciting.
