 ....for BING....

I know I would.  I would also encourage all AV/security devs to sue MS for their Security Essentials.   The last person I want protecting my computer is MS!  Even the idea of MS protecting my computer causes me nightmares.   MS is...NOW...in the last 4-5 years....become a wolf in sheeps clothing....beware the consequences  ^^

The "CLOUD" is the biggest mistake this country has made...EVER !

Security essentials makes more sense than any other anti virus. Wouldn't a company who makes the os be the obvious choice to make there own anti virus? Would they know how to protect there own software? didn't an other major antivirus company's software recently render windows xp useless because it thought winxp was a virus? If you don't use Bing who gives a shit frankly I use bing and google because they both come up with different results.

The issue is competition. With out it we probably still be using yahoo, McAfee, and Macintosh. You don't like MS don't use it then!

your logic makes no sense.  If microsoft was capable of effectively securing their operating system, they should do so without having to release it as a free addon.

So M$ is making shitty phones and to counter it, they attempt to sue everyone else... sounds about right.

The only phone MS makes is the Kin you don't have one so shut the fuck up. You don't know what you're talking about.

HTC is making a lot of Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 seris phones.  HTC also makes most of the Android based phones on the market today.

But those Pick phones that came out a few weeks ago... ahhh yeah.

the sad casualty to this fight will most likely be HTC.
