noob whiner is upset that he has utterly lost this conversation because noob whiner cant understand that criminals should be brought to justice instead of setting up one person and dropping the case, 15-20 people were involved, if they are pinning 600k the total bill of this fiasco on one person, yeah... good going, the real criminals get away with it, Saying he did all this is just stupidity and stating he is a criminal becuase he WAS coerced into a plea bargain shows your level of intelligence, or lack thereof. Your stupidity requires you to respond to this because you never will understand obviously due to a damaged brain.... so.... please respond

avatar

Engelsstaub

He. Could. Have. Plead. Not. Guilty. He. Did. Not.

Where's your hero's statement about how he got coerced? Provide a link or STFU. You're not his lawyer. If you are then no wonder he's sitting in jail. You're too busy righting perceived wrongs on the internet to do anything that would matter.

You are nearly the only one whining here. How big is that snot-bubble that you've been blowing gotten now please respond?

avatar

armyof1ne

whining? simply telling how justice works... something you have concept of... If you cant handle that, well... sucks to be you... and it would if you live it that sad sorry shell of giving up and just pointing fingers to make it easier for you. please respond

avatar

Engelsstaub

I agree: I do "have concept of" how justice works.

So do the courts, the laws, the prosecutors, the author, and everyone here but you and Stone Cold 420 pls rspnd.

avatar

armyof1ne

A concept but not full understanding, tell me what kind of justice there is when 15-20 other people get off spot free? thats not justice. You talk to anyone of those and ask them this.
If someone murder's someone and the getaway driver is the only captured, is it justice if he is thrown in jail? when the murderer gets away? Do you think the courts, the laws, the prosecutors, the author, or anyone else here call that justice? Then im sorry, the people on here need an huge education as well as you on the legal system and the definition of the word justice, here.. let me help you

"1. the quality of being just; righteousness, equitableness, or moral rightness: to uphold the justice of a cause.
2.
rightfulness or lawfulness, as of a claim or title; justness of ground or reason: to complain with justice.
3.
the moral principle determining just conduct.
4.
conformity to this principle, as manifested in conduct; just conduct, dealing, or treatment.
5.
the administering of deserved punishment or reward."
Tell me how right it is to let that murderer go?
Tell me how lawful it would be to know the killer is out there but not actively find it? cold cases suck ass because its rare they find any more evidence... but with computers there is always evidence to be found if you know where you are looking. so shelving these is simply a testament to how there is no justice in this case.
Tell me how moral it is to know someone didnt do said crime, but instead of hunting down the ones that did, dump the full weight of the others crimes on one person's shoulders, they are making an example, nothing more, it isnt moral but deceptive in nature saying this person is fully responsible for the actions of others. Everyone pays for their own crimes, not the crimes of everyone else.

You have to be litterally the dumbest. saddest. worthless pile of shit i have ever seen and your mother should be ashamed of birthing such a vile "coward" as you would put it.

Chronologist

Thing is, Sony and the Justice system probably want to make an example out of Cody, especially knowing that there's a reasonable chance that the other perpetrators will probably never be caught.

avatar

jgottberg

Wow, that's what I call getting off easy.

I say a more fitting punishment would be for the hackers to use those 1000 hours of community service to help victims of identity theft. Have them waste countless hours on the phone with credit agencies, mortgage companies, credit card companies, banks, etc... Let them live the life of a victim for 1000 (more preferrably) hours instead of a generic tour of trash pickup duty.

avatar

armyof1ne

i think that would be quite befitting the actual damage dealers.

avatar

jgottberg

You think? Could have fooled me.

avatar

armyof1ne

you do know that was a jab at your "this guy is guilty, hes a criminal" bs... you know, since he just pointed his finger at about 300 security holes that they had at the time... and gained access to prove his skills and that was it... yet he is the one that stole everything and screwed with 4 other servers that had their own protection on them that was still crappier than a sewage plant after thanksgiving. thats where im getting at, they need to go after the people that got past tier one instead of blaming the noob and calling it good

avatar

Engelsstaub

Now it's "...to prove his skillz..."

Still talking out of your ass. What happened to this:

(April 19, 2013 at 10:33am)

"...anyone could have done that how bad their protection was, any child with a small tutorial made for children could have done it is what i am getting at..."

You're not even funny; you're pathetic. If you're going to turn our unmoderated comment section into your personal week-long soapbox at least stop spewing contradictory nonsense. Get some help.

avatar

armyof1ne

... thanks for insulting yourself and not reading everything otherwise you would know skillz would be considered sarcasm... but thats ok, stupid is as stupid does, The only one here making it a soap is you, you are the one that started this stupid retarded "plz respond" bullshit... tell me again how im making this a soap?... oh and... plz respond dumbass

avatar

Engelsstaub

There was no conceivable reason to read that as sarcasm. You're back-pedaling because of all your contradictions.

Who said soap? Look up the definition of soapbox and pls rspnd.

avatar

armyof1ne

when one suddenly starts turning to 733t speak... after not for the entire conversation, and he has been utterly sarcastic and rude, matching your own sarcasm and rudeness... expect it also to be sarcastic and rude... which it was.

you had said soap opera earlier, that im just causing drama and being a douche that has no knowledge whatsoever basically.

Standing on a soapbox, kinda like preacher preachin on the street... i know what it means numbnuts, thats not what i spoke of... good work... pls respond to everything else i posted that i fucking crushed you on because you are too stupid and trap yourself in your own bs bigotry.

Engelsstaub

Too bad...

...that he didn't get more time.

avatar

Neufeldt2002

More time and the idea that jgottberg has about helping the victims would be good. Otherwise yeah, to lenient.

avatar

Paul_Lilly
