Lian Li's New Test Bench Makes Our Spider Sense Tingle
Lian Li has been known to take chances in case design, like the PC-777 snail shell chassis. But never have we seen anything like the Pitstop PC-T1 Mini-ITX Spider Test Bench.
This four-legged arachnid sports an angle-adjustable motherboard tray that sits out in the open for easy access, but only accommodates mini-ITX boards. There's a place for a single 5.25-inch slim optical drive, one standard 3.5-inch HDD or SSD, and an ATX power supply.
"Lian Li's PC-T1 is most ideal for hardware enthusiasts looking to display an impressive computer system for the next LAN party or to challenge family and friends with a unique looking HTPC," Lian Li explains.

LAN parties? Seriously? Has Lian Li ever been to a LAN party? An
exposed motherboard like that is a death sentence at a LAN party.
Someone is guaranteed to spill soda or crumbs on that or trip onto it
or something terrible.
It's perfectly fine as a workbench chassis though if you're constantly swapping parts.

It'll be cooler if they added swivels and bends and have them attach to a motor and to the motherboard via USB - and make it bendable.

It does look exactly like a replicator... I'd be a little wary of this case :P

This is a really neat computer case, if I owned it my cat would destroy it.

This is why I like Lian-Li and what they do. Clearly, these people love what they do (designing PC cases). They know it won't sell many units, but nontheless, they make such products cuz there are those folks out there.

It looks rather like a replicator from SG-1
Blindly Going Where many have gone before but often failing to read the directions!

This is a workbench chassis. For folks who swap parts in and out regularly. A cover would just get in the way. Besides LianSpiderLi needs no sktinkin' cover!

Reminds me more of a red tektite from Zelda... could have called this a 'techtite' or something.
