I swear - Lenovo/IBM have consistently put out the ugliest computers for years... Hire some new designers and stop using those #%@&* straight-head screws!! I hate 'em!!

I like those - they're nice and plain, and they don't hide ports and stuff for no damn reason (plus, those covers tend to brake after a few years, and then it really looks stupid). In fact, I just bought a pair of M72es for some family members.

its because ugly old people buy them. If the customer wants a better looking case/better computer in general you gotta buy it/build it yourself

I think they made the right move with the APU. The mechanical hard drive is the bottleneck in today's modern computers and in an office you wouldn't notice the difference between an A10-5700 and an i7 3770k. Also you'd get some decent on board graphics power. All in all, that's an ideal office machine.

I'm not sure why the APUs aren't more popular, for that reason. I was just looking for some SFF APU machines, but it seems that no one wanted the sale, so AMD lost some business.

See if this small desktop works:

shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/controller/e/web/LenovoPortal/en_US/builder.workflow:Enter?sb=:00000025:00003487:

If that doesn't work, go to www.lenovo.com then click Desktops, then ThinkCentre, then M-Series (Towers), then M78, and you can configure your own M78 Small Form Factor.

I see a potential drop in productivity by giving employees machines with graphics power...

Doesn't mean they won't be happy.
