Lenovo Reportedly Readying a 10.1-inch Android 4.0 Tablet with Tegra 3
We don't have a whole lot of details to go on, but what little information we do have regarding Lenovo's upcoming 10.1-inch tablet is pretty exciting. The full size tablet is expected to launch by the end of the year, and when it does, it will reportedly bring a host of high-end hardware and features to the mobile party, including Nvidia's Tegra 3 platform and Google's Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS.
That's not all. According to Engadget, the un-named tablet will also rock 2GB of DDR3-1600MHz, which is both capacious and fast for a slate. It will have a standard USB socket concealed beneath a fold-out flap, a rear-facing camera (no word on it's resolution), a "Special Fusion-Skin Body," and a fingerprint scanner that also serves as an optical joystick on the back.
Something tells us this won't compete with the Kindle Fire and Nook Tablet on price.

I really love the design of this tablet. I would say this is just as pretty as the Blackberry Playbook, and the Toshiba (A200) Excite! Overall, I am impressed. Hopefully it will have a 16x10 aspect ratio that is higher than 1280x800.

" as a joystick on the back" sounds a little awkward to use. If the photo is at all close to the end product, that hugely wide bezel around the screen seems to have plenty of room for such a device.
