One guy says they did leak the data, one guy says they didn't.  How about some proof?  And using profanity in the title of your blog doesn't make it any more trustworthy than say, bold print.  We don't even need a positive dna test, how about a sworn statement, under oath.  The first side to give that is the one I'll believe.  Until then I'll take refuge in the fact that I don't have any illegal music, and if I did I certainly wouldn't scrobble it.  Also I don't like U2.

Always await an official statement from the corporation/organization that was affected by something before taking the whole hearted truth from some blog/site unrelated to said corporation/organization.
