FYI, Bioshock 2 wasn't made by Irrational Games (Levine's Studio). He'll outright disassociate himself with having anything to do with the direction of that game.

I was at the panel at PAX East for this game and believe me, if their team has a reason for delaying the game it'll be worth the wait.

Thumbs up to you good sir for knowing your facts and if Ken says it's not ready. It's not ready. I'd Thumbs up/upvote/whatever to your comment etc but I don't think we do that here.

I would rather wait longer for a new game then have them rush it and be disappointed. Lately the later seems to be the case with a lot of sequels. Let the devs do their job EA/Activision and release a finished product, not some mediocre half done piece of crap full of bugs with day one DLC type of game.

bioshock 2 was a recycled bioshock 1. when videogames are 100gb we wont have to feel fallout's recycle effect either.

I wouldn't like to say it's the size of game data, but more lack of imagination and effort used into the game. Well, this is what I see in games today. It's all to easy to get bored with linear games and repetitiveness. It's all to easy to work on the last game engine used, not only that, as we're all aware - money is the main influence, and it's big money, so best to get the games out asap, etc, etc..

Here's hoping that the game is worthwhile, unlike Bioshock 2.

This is ridiculous. T2 you lot are really starting to annoy me. This is getting like the Crysis dates back in 2006/2007/2008.
Get your fingers out of your hoops and get a move on!

You're kidding right?

You would rather an unfinished or less featured game is released sooner (ala BF3) and then complain that it's buggy, vs. waiting for a finished fully functional and (mostly) bug free (ala Diablo 3) game and then complain that it's not released soon enough?

Gamers like you are never satisfied, bunch of self entitled little kids.

Give me a break you! FYI, I'm 40!
This game has been in development for over 2 years now. No need for the derogatory ending in the comment either! Aside from that, I am in no real rush to purchase the game either. BS2 was an utter disappointment (no doubt you'll have to comment on that), so I am not expecting anything new for this release either. Regardless of what you think anyway, my point is more related to an ever so early trailer release and details of release date as far back as 2009/2010 with a release date near 2011. What's the problem?

Regardless, if you have nothing of critical importance or constructive to say, then stay off my comment thread!

The BF3 comment... wtf are you on about? That game's as polished as it comes. You must be a COD Die Hard Fan Boy, and by that, if so, you've contradicted your comment about my post! Lmao!!

Who the heck is Kevin Levine?? I know a Ken Levine. Please if you are going to cross post and quote someone's Blog, please make sure you get their name correct. Thanks guys.

OMFG! Someone's slightly anal!

Quoting someone and using their correct name doesn't make me anal. It's generally expected to be correct especially when he's copying and pasting to begin with. People making anal comments like yours makes me anal retentive.
