It should.  From this estimation on Anandtech, the actual cost of DRAM chips comprise about 70% of the cost of manufacturing an entire 120GB SSD (and that's using conservative estimates).  This is great news for the consumer...not sure about investors though because demand will rise so prices may be dictated by availability if supply ever becomes limiting.  I'm no analyst but there are definitely options and derivatives affecting pricing as well.
