Or it's just Apple being it's usual stingy butt-hurt self and say NO ONE CAN HAVE WHITE IPHONE 4'S UNTIL WE SAY SO!

Don't punish the entrepeneurs for being succesful.  You hire them.

"I got an email from a private investigator accusing me of selling stolen goods, which I'm 100 percent sure is not the case," Lam said. "They are some kind of anti-counterfeit/trademark firm, which sounds ridiculous, similar to what Apple is bringing up to remove White iPhone 4 listings on eBay"

unless the firm stated that they represent apple, its all bull shit just predatory law firms.

and as well there isn't there a thing called due process, the only thing obvious here is some people are idiots shooting their mouth off.

As long as he didn't steal the parts, the worst thing he has to worry about is court costs. Apple has  to prove he stole them. He's not claiming to be selling iPhone 4s, just selling parts.

It's pretty cut and dry that he "stole" Apple parts. For instance, nobody can just walk up to Foxconn and say, I want to buy 100,000 Apple's A4 processors. I can't just go to Lamborghini and order 1000 Lamborghini engines and throw it into a random car shell, put a Lamborghini badge on it, and then sell it as a Lamborghini without getting sued. If he was smart enough to pull this off (making connections with Foxconn), then he was smart enough to have known the legal issues beforehand.

What's the difference between the black iPhone 4 and the white iPhone 4?

OH RIGHT, THE BODY.

So it's more like if you got Lamborghini FENDERS/ETC. in a color not sold (yet) and stuck them on OTHER PEOPLE'S ALREADY BOUGHT LAMBORGHINIS.

They're possibly "Grade B" parts that were discarded and someone at Foxconn wants to make a little extra cash.
