Heads Up: Daily Wishlist Giveaway Begins Today on Steam
We love getting free things, especially when those free things are videogames. And because we think you probably like getting free things too, we thought we'd share some details about Steam's Daily Wishlist Giveaway that begins today. In short, Steam is awarding 10 randomly selected gamers 10 top games on their wishlist, and will pick a new winner every day.
Entering is easy and starts with a Steam account (obviously). Once you're logged in, you need to create a wishlist of at least 10 games. After that just hop over to the page for the featured daily deal (today it's Terraria at 75 percent off) and you're entered to win. Easy-cheesy.
There is, of course, some fine print, which you can read in its entirety here. Good luck!

"In short, Steam is awarding 10 randomly selected gamers 10 top games on their wishlist, and will pick a new winner every day."
The article makes it sound like one person can win this each day (for 10 days). Imagine my surprise when I read the fine print, where it says that 10 people win each day, and this goes on until Valve starts its 2011 Holiday sale.
This is why I love Steam. They're giving away games for free, and you don't even have to spend any money! Even though there's very little chance to win, there still is a chance and it doesn't cost anything.

Of course... That is where they always get you. With the terms and conditions. Soo many people will enter for this giveaway and only 10 will win. I have given up on these contests long ago. You can blame Mystery Color M&M's and Mc.Donalds Monopoly for that one. No way I am falling for this one. Although it would be nice if I could qualify without having to spend money on a game. I guess you can't win them all. Or ever...

I would rather read all the spam on this site than your demented comments and warped outlook on business and life.
Maximum PC please make it possible to ignore certain users comments so they don't show up on the page at all.

that's a really good way to push people to think of games they'd like to have and might buy when they lose the wishlist lottery.
