As a gamer, I always prefer tighter timings such as CAS 6. Just my cup of tea.

I have never been a big fan of o/c memory as it has proven to be the quickest way for me to brick my computer. Just too fussy in the timings that have to be "oh so carefully" tweaked. And I have never seen much gain for my troubles.

My rule of thumb is 10%, if the upgrade or o/c does not add 10% performance improvement, it is not worth the bother or money. Memory o/cing has always been under that mark.

For a minute there, I thought the heatsink had a third fan at the top. I was wondering what the purpose of that would've been.

What heatsink is that, anyway?
