Completely biased coverage of Android.

Well what do you expect? You really expect MaximumPC to only report on Apple products? Scroll down and goto Mac|Life troll. Or are you butthurt about the lack of RIM coverage? Wake up dude, RIM is on its deathbed.

Either way STOP TROLLING FOR UNICORNS!

Obviously. It's the most popular smartphone OS right now by far, and MaxPC has an entire sissy-si... Sorry, sister-site dedicated to the next closest competition.

That's like saying MaxPC is biased towards Windows. When it's the most popular OS in the world, obviously the majority of the writers are using it, and obviously there's going to be the most news stories about it, and obviously the most amount of readers are going to be interested in reading about it.

And besides all that, they post articles all the time about Windows Phone 7, and many of the writers are clearly fans of it as well, and it only has like a 2% market share or something. So MaxPC is biased towards 2 of the top 5 smartphone OS's right now (Android and Windows Phone 7), they have a complete sister-site dedicated to the second most popular OS (iOS), one of the top 5 is discontinued and on it's way out (Symbian), and the last of the top 5 (Blackberry) really isn't even in the same league as the competition and is loosing market share faster then ever. I'd hardly call that biased.

I love me some Windows Phone! Not enough to ditch Android, but still.

Me too! I wish I could dual-boot Mango on my Galaxy Nexus.

How is this biased?  It's simply stating facts about the app markets for both Apple and Android.  Let's be honest, there are a ton of apps in both markets that are just duplicates or useless.  And don't start calling droid people fanbois... you apple people are the WORST!!

I've owned both platforms, although there is some nice fit and finish and overall polish to the apps for iOS, 10,000 flash light applications will really skew the numbers.  The Droid market is also littered with a ton of duplicates, but i found that some duplicate apps have a good amount of differences when it comes to widgets and features.  I learned to love android because I didn't care to fit into the "cool" look of these iFags such as yourself.

I have 10 w7 laptops/desktops at home. I'm a SysAdmin working in a Windows/Unix environment all day long. Guess that surely makes me an Apple 'iFag' (you must be - at the most - 14 years old...  Just like an Android fanbois - just start flinging epithets towards Apple to overcompensate for your lack of confidence in your Smartphone choice...).
