Ghoulify Your Google+ Profile Pic With New Halloween Image Filters
What better way is there to get in the spirit of Halloween than to dress up like a zombie or vampire and splatter blood and scars all over yourself? Answer: there isn’t one. But doing that in real life takes tons of expensive costume makeup and waaaaaay more patience than we have. Fortunately, you can get the same effect without all the tedious paint application thanks to some Halloween filters available in Google+’s new Creative Kit for photos.
You can access the Creative Kit by opening up your profile and clicking on the “Photos” tab. Select the picture you want to tweak, then click Edit > Creative Kit. Up at the top, you’ll see a bunch of tabs, including – you guessed it – “Halloween.” The freaky filters appear on the left side of the screen. You can spruce up your looks with scars, blood spray, lightning bolts, fake beards, decayed zombie skin, vampire eyes and teeth, masks and more, including some nifty texture filters. It’s a lot of fun, and after turning yourself into a putrid creature of the night, you can save the picture then set it as your profile pic on the “Profile” screen. Go check it out!
(By the way, if you feel like seeing the filters in action or following your third-favorite Maximum PC contributor’s odd ramblings, you can check out my Google+ profile.)

It's the fourth blood splat that brings the whole look together.
