Feds Nab Hacker Suspected of Stealing 400,000 Credit Card Numbers

Officials believe they caught the man responsible for hacking into the Federal Reserve Bank's computers in Cleveland and who also separately had more than 400,000 stolen credit card numbers, NBC New York reports.
Secret Service agents caught Lin Mun Poo at John F. Kennedy airport a month ago as he was traveling to meet with other hackers to allegedly sell his stolen information, authorities say. But how exactly he hacked into the supposedly tightly secured computer systems in the first place is still unknown.
If convicted, the Malaysian man faces up to 10 years in prison on identity theft and fraud charges. According to authorities, he has already admitted to some of the crimes during questioning.

I had my identity stolen once and let me tell you... it's not pretty. It was a huge headache working it out with B of A. They couldn't differentiate between my purchases and what the POS thief has bought! Also, it nearly destroyed my credit score. It's take almost two years now of diligent credit repair to get it back to a respectable place. I cannot stress enough the importance of being careful with your financial info online! There are a lot of scum bags out there that will steal your information in the blink of an eye.

OBAMA didn't create this debt, it was left from bushes, both bushes ran this country into the ground and left their debt for the rest of us to be stuck with while giving themselfs and their rich buddies a good old boy tax break handout. I'd love to meet every idiot that voted for bush that last time, total retards most likely wearing a cowboy boot up their butt.

Most hackers are republicans because they have to work for their money. I like Democrats because they do try to give mid class more of a break but they also give out billions in handouts to people who will not work!

Big difference between a hacker who steals credit card information, and a hacker who knows how to. Not in everyone's minds, though...
This is the type of hacker the authorities should be going after.

Don't worry I would still vote for Obama because I would rather have a democrat than a republican in the white house. All the republicans care about is to giving tax breaks to rich people and help bail out corporations. And those trillions of dollars you bitching about, don't worry those billionaires have it and they thank you for it.
