Fable-Enabled: Fable III Confirmed for PC

Uncross those fingers, folks, because your wish has come true. That is, of course, assuming your wish was that Fable III cast some of its magic on the PC. If that wasn't your wish, well, there's always the next time you see a shooting star or blow out some birthday candles or what have you. Until then, though, we think Fable III sounds like a pretty decent consolation prize.
“Lead a rebellion, start a revolution, and rule a kingdom in Fable III. Microsoft Game Studios and Lionhead Studios present the thrilling new chapter in the Fable franchise exclusively on Xbox 360 and Windows. Action, drama, adventure and humor propel the story as players choose their journey to become King or Queen of Albion,” developer Lionhead said on its website.
Lionhead looks to have taken Fable II's old mold and hammered a few new twists into it for Fable III, which sounds great to us. “Like the last game but better” is Sequels 101, sure, but Lionhead had a good thing going with Fable II, so a polished-to-perfection take on that formula sounds like something we wouldn't mind losing a few weekends to. Hopefully the game lives up to its promise when it launches later this year.

The first Fable was available for Xbox & PC, the second one Xbox only, but they third one is again for both; really, Lionhead needs to port the second one to PC.

I put 40 hours into Fable II only to have my party member shoot and kill the final boss. Worst. Ending. Ever.

You got me to buy the 1st one on XBOX, the 2nd one on X360 and now you want me to buy the 3rd one on PC (which I would have prefered for the 2 first games)?
Well Microsoft, or MR Soft if you prefer, let me import my XBOX 360 saved game to the PC. I don't think it's been done for another game but I am sure that your set of APIs could allow it.
