Touching the seams of the antenna band that runs around the iPhone 4 interrupts reception, slowly causing the phone to lose its signal.  The fix is purchasing a rubber bumper case that apple sells or a rubber case that covers the whole phone as it insulates your hand from the antenna. Frankly, Apple should provide these for free as it is a design flaw in the iPhone 4G that is a cause of the problem

People never learn to stay away from new releases.

Not only that, but they put themselves through hell to get them.  People waited in line for this slightly better version of the iPhone for up to 6 hours in sweltering heat.  Being the "first on your block" is a strange human behavior that I will never understand.

Apple first-adopters border on insane.  Line up in the heat and let Steve Jobs ram it home!  Lube costs extra.

It seems the only thing Apple first-in-line donkeys like better than having their bauble before everyone else is being first to complain about it. Someone send an ostrich after them. But I do agree that you won't find these problems on *cough* Windows Phone 7 because *cough* they don't exist.
