I can certainly see the beneftis of a service like Dropbox for people who travel or commute long distances. But for me it has no benefit or value that would move me to use it. I work one block from my home and never have need to access any files from remote locations. Anything I need at both sites I can transport on a flashdrive. My backups are done locally and redundantly. And I don't have to worry about somebody hacking my account and stealing my personal info.

This way, even if someone manged to hack into my drop box, there is nothing for them to get. Technology can be great, but you need to learn how to use it while protecting yourself.

I love how this is an article about spam, and the first comment is spam
